I tried for 2 days to get someone to call me back. I left 4 messages and spoke with 4 different people who all said the scheduler had to call back. 👎 They have no voicemail because the builders will fill it up. Maybe if you had someone answering the phone properly this wouldn't be the case.

I’ve been in my home for 3 months. When we initially looked at the home the garage door didn’t work. Our sale was contingent on this being fixed. They came out and fixed it then a month later we had the same issue, took them a week to come out. Now 3 months later, having the same issue AGAIN. Our cars are stuck in our garage and I have called them 3 times to have someone come out. They keep taking my number and saying someone will call me back, yet NO ONE CALLS ME BACK.
