Kept us waiting an hour when other patients had no wait time. Nurse who came to call my dad was a rude as can be.
Refused service because I could not pay the 50.00 amount they had charged me for resetting an appt. Tried to explain to the office manager but she is a "policy" person. I called 20 hours before my appointment but because they say you have to give them 24 hours notice, I get slapped a 50.00 fee! I have been coming here for over a year, always paying my copays, and this is how I'm treated.
