This week, Crawford installed new gutters on our old house. Richard came out to measure everything and get us a quote. We got three quotes, all fairly close, Crawford was in the middle but the low bidder didn’t impress me. Richard came back out to lead the crew that installed them. We had two antique downspouts that we wanted to keep and they worked with us to make that happen. Everything looks tidy, good slopes, crew was all friendly and professional. Good deal.

I needed new gutters put up and decided to go with Wayne Crawford. They're price was amazing and I was really impressed with the work they did, it looked great. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up their work area.

Everyone at Wayne Crawford is incredibly professional and they went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Other companies we've hired in Lawrence don't communicate well (or at all) and/or conduct low quality work. Not this company! I hired this company to either repair or replace my gutters as they were not working. They came out and though they could have said everything needs replaced they were honest and said the gutters were in decent shape and only needed a bit of repair. The job took a lot of hours but they got it done in one day. After the first rain there was one downspout that wasn't draining properly. I contacted them on a Friday and they were out on a Monday and fixed it with no extra charge.
