Terrible location lack of empathy and inconsiderate! The wic lady walked right in collected the paper then waited until 12pm and left the building for picnic I was never seen and my appointment was at 11am I even got there 20 minutes early! Considering I stay 40 minutes away ! Very unprofessional I will be reaching out to someone above her!
I had appointment WIC at 11 am waiting for hour and then she telling me they have lunch 12:30 I have a toddler fussy crying and they don't care do ended going home very bad serves
Very unprofessional and unorganized! Show up early just to sit and not be seen hours later. Staff was very rude
