I have called to change my wic package every day since July 10th and I still have not gotten a call back. I talked to one person she said she makes appointments and can’t help. She also told me to press 3 to get a manager and I still have not got a call back from them either. This is completely ridiculous your answer machine says a 2 day turn around for calls back it’s been almost 3 weeks.
Worst wic office ever. Never answer the phone,no such thing as a voicemail to be left at this office. It’s hell dealing with this office,they need to be shut down. Worst people to deal with,they make it harder then it should be.
Need to bring back phone appointments. My kids go to the doctor, there’s no reason they need to miss school and I need to miss work in order to come in for a visit where they will be crying the whole time. Tried to reschedule since I’m forced to do an in person visit and they didn’t have any late appointments
Tried to reschedule my appointment because my son is sick, told them he has a fever and cough. Said next appointment isn’t until September and just to come in. Well shortly after arrival, my son threw up all over the floor, myself and chair in the small check in office. Lady told me she doesn’t have anything to clean it up, so I used baby wipes that I had, assuming she was going to call in a crew after I left. They dont care if you or your kid starve. The nutritionist is so uneducated she believes screen time is the cause of autism, but is the one in charge of what my child gets to eat which apparently for a 1 yo means she only gets eggs, cheese she doesnt eat, bread she doesnt eat and juice she doesn't drink. So thank you all her food and formula will now come out of my food stamps even more than it was before so now i will have NOTHING left to spend for me to eat.
