Mega corp disguised as the actual govt entity giving the poor rental assistance, when in reality, they are just a company profiting off of the govts desire to MONITOR the people who apply for this assistance.. Its disgusting ..and worse yet, they intentionally draw things out and use the extended waiting list as a weapon to bully people into silence. I don't know why the ratings are so low the people I have dealt with so far are great I come from New York and section 8 in New York is not only a 5-year wait but the people that you deal with to get through that 5-year wait treat you like a second-class citizen at least here they treat you like a person
