Was treated like family. Oil change, tire rotation done. Was advised will need tires soon, which was expected. Love dealing with them.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE serviced here. I brought my sons wheel chair van in for an oil change and for an intermittent noise in the from drivers side. I told them it sounded like could be the bearing. They did the oil change and told me the bearing was fine. I told them I had a 1200 mile trip and needed to be sure it was save. They said yes. Low and behold today I’m going down the Rocky Mountains in SC and both front bearings seized up. This could have killed us! A wonderful dealership here in NC replaced everything. I calle... read more

Husband went in for a Quick Lane Oil Change and wanted to use our Ford Points (which we had more than enough for 2 oil changes) and was totally taken advantage of! They changed all the wipers and the air filter without authorization and not only used all our points but we also had to pay out of pocket! When I called and inquired, I was told that my husband said to "Do whatever needs to be done" which is the furthest thing from the truth!
