We love Wayne Country Day!!! It is like a family and the quality of education is excellent. You can tell that Alec, our son, looks forward to going to school every day! He likes seeing his friends and really enjoys his teachers!!! Mr. Anderson, The Headmaster is amazing! He really works hard so that the children have a great education. The school is ranked top 10 in Eastern Carolina private schools. That says a lot!!!

I arguably spent more time in detention (Coach White) and the headmaster’s office (Wachter and then Glassmire) than any wcds student before or after me. I credit the countless hours i spent negotiating reduced sentences with those gentlemen for giving me the necessary skills to succeed at The Citadel and now in business!
My family can’t say enough good things about this school. Excellent teachers , academically challenging, they go above and beyond to prepare your child for college. Students are very friendly and kind.
