State Farm was one of the companies I called to get a quote for new auto/home renters insurance. I spoke with Katy. My phone call with her was one of the best calls I’ve had in a while. I got off the phone knowing I had spoken to a very knowledgeable agent. To top it off, she’s very personable. After making a couple more calls, I emailed Katy and told her I was ready to move forward with making State Farm my new insurance company. Keep doing what you’re doing Katy and thanks for your help!
I recently called State Farm for home and auto insurance quotes and reached an agent named Mary Gilbert. She did an excellent job in every way: knowledgable, attentive, competent, gracious and efficient. She answered my questions, provided quotes, met my requirements, and set up call back times that fit my schedule. I appreciate being able communicate with a live person, which State Farms offers VS having to rely on robots & websites for crucial information.
