I am not very pleased with said company, been a customer for many years.If they receive their payment a few days late, they're going to zap that late fee.Whether you have issues going on or not, you know, like paying city and county and school taxes to the tune of thousands of dollars just days prior. "No""Not Covered" & "Due to"... Are all they know how to solve any claim. They're cheap, but only if you never need to make a claim. Cannot wait to call Monday to switch house insurance.
I've read more than a few negative reviews. Mine, specially, is with an agent. Jessica Foster has been rude and hostile,to say the least. Every communication I've had with her has been very negative. I get text messages with exclamation points and calls where she's raised her voice. Do NOT recommend this company for homeowners' insurance! We have been without plumbing in our home for a month now! I get its holiday time but isn’t this situation an emergency and shouldn't it be addressed as so?? The adjuster that was assigned to us has neglected to give us answers or contact us further to get this situation resolved!
