Botched Job I hired Mike Knajdek of Wayne Construction in July 2017 to replace my front steps and a small section of the adjacent sidewalk. Unfortunately, he delayed the job until mid November. They poured the concrete in below freezing weather, and allowed it to dry under tarps that were touching the surface of the wet cement.
