This place has completely fallen apart since the new management took over. They scrapped everything that made the company successful and replaced it with ideas that flat-out don’t work. The so-called “one piece flow” on the oil line is a joke—half the time people are just standing around waiting for the next task, and the end result is less production, worse quality, and frustrated employees. I don't know what happened with Wayne Combustion but their quality has really come down over the last couple of years especially recently. Their oil burners are problematic and people around the industry are taking notice.
Needed help with one of there products. I spoke to Brian in customer service. He was very helpful and got all my issues taken care of good products and good service. Thanks
