I called first thing this morning expecting it to take weeks. Within 2 hours of my calling, they had technicians here who were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I am very satisfied with them.
When our new home experienced issues with the downstairs HVAC there was no question who I would call. As always, the problem was quickly diagnosed, and repaired. I would not bother being frustrated by others when you can have a wonderful experience with Cole’s!
They had me at dual splits. Wayne Cole Heating and Air came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend who knew I had two vendors out to evaluate my needs and provide estimates - neither of which left me feeling like they understood what I needed or wanted.
