I was going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and give them three stars but changed my mind when I finally read the safety inspection sheet. I dropped my SUV off at 10:30 am the day before it was due for inspection. Three hours later I got a message it was finished, and the repairs would be $925 to replace the front right inner tie rod.
