Initial experience here was good. This review is about their customer service follow-up. We were supposed to get a call back about a repair quote. We waited 2 days. Called and were told the post-it note with our contact was lost/thrown-away. Ok. He promised to get the quote, again. Waited another 3 days, no follow-up. Called, a woman picked-up, transferred to him/Steve. He pomised a follow-up that afternoon. No call. My wife and I had our cars inspected at Wayne Carl Garage. My wife’s car also needed her fan blower control fixed. They fixed the issue quickly after diagnosing a bad relay. They are courteous and friendly. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and their technicians are well versed and competent to work on any make or model. They flawlessly took over our auto repair needs after Wes Jackson Auto closed. I would highly recommend Wayne Carl Garage for all your auto repair needs
