I was more than impressed with the quality of all of your staff members. From Dan in the office to all the service people I came in contact with and entered my home. All were very kind and understanding and answered my questions in an honest and congenial manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

Technicians responded to service late into the night and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed that the oven problem was due to poor wire contact in the unit. I was overcharged because I didn't have to replace parts I didn't need. A company of integrity that is rare in this industry
