Google says they are open until 3pm on Saturday looking for a simple quote for an oil change. I give them a call At 10:30am on Saturday and the bloke answers the phone listed on the business website. Proceeds to tell me they aren’t open like I have the audacity to call him on a Saturday. Don’t answer the phone and change your business hours if you aren’t open for business. Bad business practice.
