I would give negative stars if I could. Kimberly from this branch is beyond words. She would not provide proof of what was done to my account when asked. I would never bank here. I have been a customer for over 5 years and they treat you like trash. Please do yourself and your money a favor and go somewhere else.
Terrible customer service. They lie, charge you fee after fee after fee and then act like somehow you're the one in the wrong. Stay far away from this bank. It will cause you nothing but problems and cost you money you don't have.
Had opened a checking and savings under a recommendation from family. Not disappointed at all!! The tellers are friendly and always smiling!! The ladies are thorough and always ask if I need anything else! Kim is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable! Very helpful! Kim is always happy to help with our questions!! Thank you!!!
