I have been to this car wash now over a dozen times and have been very happy with the services! I am not sure why there are some negative reviews but the new owners are great! As a business, Pristine Auto Spa will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and most importantly they are very honest. I even had an oil change done and the vehicle was ready in an hour including a car wash. At this point, I will only take my cars to this place to get oil changes. Terrible experience here... The oil change and service is just adequate, not great...But they're not real mechanics, so I can't really blame them...They offensively try to upsell their other fluid and flush services... The washes are just adequate, not great...My car comes out with streaks and not always vacuumed fully... It just one of those regular places with nothing special for service... Support Dayna Berger. Boycott the Wayne Auto-spa. Pass this on. "So took my car to the Wayne auto spa car wash. Splurged on the gold package for $25 (tire washing included) and my car came out dirty. Like really dirty. After saying something, they said ok and put the car through the wash again and said I'll only charge you $20. After telling him I will not pay for him to re-wash it, he is refusing to give my car back. Wayne police are here demanding my keys back and he told the police NO.
