Wayne came out to look at some settlement cracks I was wanting to get repaired. He was able to identify that the paint on my house was the bigger issue, and should be tackled first. He even made some minor repairs for free, just to put me at ease. Wayne also had some suggestions on preventing damage on other areas on my house as well.
