Best company ever they have kept me and my family safe for 20 years.
Disrespectful and horribly inefficient. Unprofessional and Poor service all around. AVOID! As a new homeowner I wanted to install a complete security system. Following internet reviews I contact Wayne Alarm and spoke to a nice sales person (Lia). Got an appointment with a representative (Kevin) who showed-up on time. I had service with Lexington Alarm now Wayne Alarm for years. However recently when I was looking to upgrade they canceled an appointment with less than 24 hour notice and deceived me about the reason why I later came to find out. I went back and forth with them finally the sent a technician out to my home and at that point told me they couldn't perform the service and would not disconnect the service. Very poor service I made an appointment . No one showed up. No one called. The system is down I called the next day and I was told that they were too busy to come.
