Got the job done but charges way too much I was charged $500 to replace a capacitor and fan motor on a 3 year old unit. The technician was literally there for 40 mins (this included him taking a break to make a phone call) and the parts were still under warranty. The technician was also rude to me. He later apologized but the damage was done. I would not recommend this contractor.
Worst hotheaded contractor EVER!!! I wish I could give this person 1/2 a star!!! I do not usually fill out complaints but this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. My husband accidentally flipped the emergency off switch and turned the until off. He charged us $150 for turning the until back on. We certainly expected to pay for the call but not $150.
