I signed a lease eith jeff avery on March 4, 2025. After signing, I discovered a severe infestation involving thousands of bugs, which delayed my move-in until March 10. Additionally, the presence of asbestos in the unit was never disclosed to me. On March 19, a fire occurred in the unit.
