We purchased a home from Waymon Hale Construction in April 2021. We notified the builder of water intrusion in our crawl space in July 2021, cupping of our hardwood floors, settlement cracks in our ceiling, granite counter tops pulling away from the walls - all serious issues related to the the significant water intrusion.
