We bought a Speed Queen washer/dryer three years ago and warrantied for five years. Within the last year we have had to have the dryer serviced twice. Once for overheating and a roller replacement, which seemed to go well, appeared to rectify the situation, until recently when the overheating recurred. They sent a repair person out, who seemed competent, ordered the part and said it would be a week or so.
