Only hire them if you want to pay for it twice. They charged me two grand to restore and seal hardwood floors in an older house. They sanded and stained the floor. But they did not get into the corners nor did they seal the floor. They said it was sealed out was just a matte finish. Sealed floors do not soak in greece and water as it did (see picture). Dispute multiple phonecalls and getting a second professional opinion Wayley refused to finish the job. So I had to pay an additional contractor.
They did an amazing job on the floors and Stairs case. I have been redoing a home built in 1932 and they came in and made the floors look brand new. I am very pleased. They were kind with any questions or concerns I had. They got it done fast and worked around the my schedule. I would definitely have them do your floors.
