I bought a new Ariens Deluxe 24 Snowblower on December 28th and it was delivered on December 30th. Bill, the owner, was professional in answering all my questions. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty just to be safe. I did have an issue when the drive cable became loose and wouldn’t stay tight. I called Bill the next day and he sent out one of his guys to fix the problem on-site. I don’t know anyone else these days that provides that level of service!
I can't tell if they're crooked, incompetent, or just don't give a damn about the customer. I ordered a snowblower that was delivered to them 10 days ago to be assembled and then delivered to me. It's still not here and their story changes each time I call. I'll never do business with them again.
