Rudest customer service in west Michigan. I’d never go back again.
The owner is very rude. He hung up on my husband and completely ignored him when he went to pick up the repaired lawn mower part a few minutes too late. He closed up shop and walked right past my husband and ignored him. Went back the next day and did not say one single word to him. Must be nice to be able to treat paying customers like this. We will never be back and we will not recommend this place to anyone.
Over the years, this shop has saved me from buying a new mower at least 5 times. Repairs are consistently done well and keep my mower running. Thank you!
