Just wanted to share my experiences with this practice. I've been with Dr. Ruggieri since I was 18 and have been healthy with only an occasional visit for check ups/routine visits, until recently in October (I'm now 31), I started having difficulties with swallowing and it escalated to me being extremely sick and my body shutting down from severe malnourishment, to having all sorts of pain and difficulties with breathing and issues with my moving my limbs and all sorts of awful symptoms along with severely high BP. I must say this office goes above and beyond for their patients, whether it be submitting authorizations, squeezing in patients or speedy check-ins, they always get it done. In addition, staff are courteous, and welcoming. Dr.Ruggieri, Dr.Berg and Nurse Practitioner Keith Chamberlin are wonderful providers and always consider what is best for the patient. I am exceptionally happy with this office and would like to say THANK YOU ALL for everything that you do for your patients.

Without being able to admit mistakes, Ruggieri is someone I believe does not demonstrate the qualities needed to be a good doc/medical provider, i.e. he does not have the humility nor sense of responsibility to practice medicine, especially for vulnerable populations. I saw Ruggieri for an initial PCP visit and as I haven't had lab testing done in years I mentioned I'd like to check on that. He said right after my appt I could go to their lab downstairs.
