The actual move was well performed… nothing damaged, efficient, polite staff. However, the original estimate did not include the truck’s “travel time” to and from their work location. It also did not include a fuel surcharge of $50. So hundreds of dollars were added to my final invoice that were not discussed with me at the get go. Also, they charged me four hours in travel time and it was only one hour round trip, something they corrected only after I complained about the hours I was being charged. Do I recommend them? Victoria was a delight to work with in our recent move. She was super-organized, calm, and efficient. We had a crisis with mold on our furniture and she helped us work through a solution. I appreciated her support on a very challenging day. Her team of Anthony Carter, Jamarion Misenheimer and Ruben Alaniz were fast! They were consistently polite and professional. Not one thing got broken! I would recommend Wayforth without reservation. These folks really were the dream team of movers!
