I was a long-term resident at Wayford of Concord for over 4.5 years. During that time, I was never late on rent, always took great care of my unit (I didn’t even wear shoes inside), and left the apartment in excellent condition when I moved out. When I submitted my 60-day notice, management told me I had been an "awesome resident" and that they were sad to see me go. However, my experience upon moving out was anything but respectful. I scheduled a tour and nobody was in the office when I showed up. I waited at least 15 min nobody ever showed up and the door was locked. Not a good first impression. Another person was waiting as well.
This is great company and they had great team. Im real happy with them, so easy to work and they are real helpfull. I highly recomended this company , the property manager is so nice and helpfull person .
Wonderful community. Super clean property and an awesome pool. The staff always pays attention to your needs. I recommend this property a 100000x to anyone that is moving to concord or the clt area. Thank you wayford.
