Living at the Wayford at Concord has been a great experience! Bielka and the maintenance staff do a great job of keeping the units well maintained. The office is always responsive to questions or concerns. The office communicates important information in a timely and professional manner, doing a great job of keeping residents informed. You really get the feel of home ownership, with the support of renting.
STUNNING property to say the least. The office staff is super nice and just makes you feel like you found your home. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have a lot of fun stuff near them and feel right at home.
Mis hijas y yo estamos muy contentas con nuestro nuevo hogar. Mudarse a un nuevo o lugar no siempre es una experiencia muy buena, pero Bielka lo hizo mucho mas fácil para mi y mis hijas, ella me ayudo a aclarar todas mis dudas con la mejor actitud. Nos encanta la paz que se respira en esta comunidad, todo muy limpio y organizado, la vista es hermosa y tenemos de todo un poco para disfrutar. Me siento agradecida por nuestro nuevo hogar🙏
