I'm puzzled by some of these negative reviews. Sometims it's hard to please everyone but they do walk among us. There rates are competitive, never ever waited on line for more than a minute and that staff is always fantastic. Continued success Wayfarer!
I have had insurance from this group for last 15 years for my RV. When I had a claim for leak damage over the winter. They sent an appraiser to appraise the damage . The appraiser came with no business card and was very rude.The appraiser was totally incompetent and could not find any reason why this claim should not be accepted. SO he decided to put it as lack of maintenance. The RV has been maintained more than the manufacturer recommendations. Thus the claim was denied.
