First order got canceled as the item was damaged, second order they called and said they cannot assemble as there is no time, third time they delivered and then claimed assembly is not included while I paid for it. Avoid it
Shipping and delivery was great. Found what I was looking for easy.
The Indian lady at receiving deliveries of trucks, she is very rude, no sense how to talk, maybe she doesn't like her job or she is thinking she had some connections with higher department so complaints about her not gonna work.
Customer service gave me contradictory information after speaking with 3 different representatives. Two representatives were rude in the process and it appears that all 3 were ill prepared to answere questions about in store returns in Canada.
