I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wayfair. I ordered two tents and one storage box, but instead Wayfair sent me a fireplace, which was clearly their mistake. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service explaining the situation and asking for a reasonable solution. Truly the worst on-line shopping possible. They advertise items on their Cdn website that don't ship to Canada, and their telephone help is not just terrible, it is irritating beyond belief.
I ordered an outdoor patio set as a gift, I specified the time that I wanted it delivered, the salesperson did not inform me that it just shows up whenever FEDEX picks it up. 2. The furniture was delivered, problem with 1 of the chairs. 3. Wayfair uses "Angie" service to do all of their assembly - the person shows up and after 1.5 hours tells our friend that his time is up and he leaves, not completing the job.
