Ordered a shelf unit, it arrived damaged. Sent it back for exchange. The next one was damaged. I will not purchase anything else
I am 71 years old and live alone. Before ordering a five-piece patio set from Wayfair Canada, I specifically called customer service to make sure the delivery could be placed just inside my front door. There are no stairs — it is a completely flat entrance. I explained my situation and was assured that this would not be a problem. Two of the boxes were delivered today. Honestly, im so pissed at this company. I purchased a sectional from them on sale. After I purchased the item online I noticed a day later they changed all the pictures on the item page that I purchased, and put it as a chaise lounge only. I called the company to make sure I purchased the entire sectional, they said it was the full sectional, great.
