Waiting is too long for loads no contacts
Deliveries come partially and while the window of delivery is huge, often they fail to deliver on that day. Trying to call them is useless, they will not answer unless after your being on the line at least half an hour. We've had enough of them and will never order from them again.
I am writing here because no one will help me. I ordered a rug but the Wayfair website has the same size pic for each size rug !!!! So I ordered the 5 by 8 thinking it would fit snug under my child’s new vanity and instead I get this huge area rug Then they want me to pay for shipping after the website has misleading pics for every size rug !!!!! So of course I feel annoyed and now I have to pay to return it and then I have to reorder because the sale rep Jonathan cannot place a replacement order. And then no email to contac... read more
