Wonderful service - both pre and post sale. A family company that knows air conditioning!! A detailed ducted air proposal, very efficient installation (and removal of old system) and great follow-up to fine-tune the system after it had been running for several days. Prided themselves on a clean and tidy job. Special mentions for Wayne and Bradley and their emphasis on customer satisfaction. And bouquets for Allison at HQ who in may ways made it all happen!! Highly recommended.
Didn’t answer phone, didn’t return voicemail, disappointing.
Bradley arrived on time. He was polite and efficient. He quickly found the problem and explained how he would fix it. The repair did not take long. I highly recommend the service.
Fast, tidy and prompt service. They installed a new aircon for my house and made the whole thing easy. I recommend them.
I called the office today re: a fault with my aircon & a lovely lady answered the phone & straightaway organised a Tech Tom whom arrived on time & serviced the aircon ... no issues at all, great customer service & workmanship , thank you
