I was interested in a piece of equipment and couldn’t get down there until later that day they wouldn’t hold it without $1000 down which is understandable but when I showed up later that day the Ben McGinnis barely gave me the time of day and the machine was not in the condition listed. I went to buy a mower deck belt and drove 60 miles to get it. I even had a picture of the model and serial tag on the deck itself spent 2 hours trying to put it on. Would not fit so I went on line and found out it was the wrong one. So I called to tell them and he said yes he gave me the wrong one. So the next day drove all the way back. $50 in gas alone and then told me I owed another $49. I mean what ever happened to pay for your mistakes.
