My wife brought in her car to have a noise checked. As I expected, after looking for a rock in her wheels during a break from work, it was her brakes. According to Waycaster, her rotors, pads and a caliper. No mention of her parking brake. She asked to have an inspection done as well as the necessary repairs, but was told the "printer is down". Was not impressed in previous years; however, I had my air conditioner fixed there this week and am loving the changes that have been made at Waycaster! Great customer service and honest people who aren’t trying to make an extra buck off of you. We will definitely be coming back for any automotive needs.
