The young lady J at the south kirkman location in Orlando will be my reason for not going to this location. I waited twenty five minutes at the cash register because I needed someone to scan my phone to redeem my rewards and was told from the kitchen staff that they don't know how to work anything upfront and don't know where the cashier is. Me and my co-worker tried this place for lunch out on rt 73 in Voorhees and the woman had a bad attitude I asked about onions she said no u don’t get onions instead of offering them at a price or free and my coworker sandwich fell apart when he picked it up because the condiments had sogged up the bread so he took it to the counter and she refused to give him another roll very poor customer service
Went in to order a double cheeseburger with no bacon cashiers was very rude . I would never and I suggest nobody go there chicken tenders were not cooked all the way I would never go back there.
Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger to go at the Torrington, CT location and they gave me one loaded with Jalapenos and refused to give me a refund or another burger after I discovered it at home. The "owner" asked for my information to make it up to me but just used the email and phone number to try to send viruses to my computer and spam my text message. It took 2 emails under the corporate website to get a response from a store experience that was very negative including paying almost 40.00 for an order placed on the Wayback website that was never fulfilled by the Woodland Park, CO store. However, after that 2nd email and 5 days since the incident I received a call from corporate from a very nice lady who reported that I would be receiving a full refund immediately and she was very apologetic for my experience.
