Hi, two nights ago the cashier (Sarah) and the cook showed a very pleasant customer service attitude on my first visit to Wayback Burgers. The food was fresh and very delicious. Will not ever go back. They missed 2 items from my order but unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got the food home. I have never tasted a burger like that before, and NOT in a good way. I honestly felt so confused as to what they did to it to make it taste bad like that.

The burger meat and toppings were pretty good. The bun was absolutely SOAKED in burger grease. Like they sopped it up off the flat top before they put the burger together.
Right when you walk into this establishment its super humid from all the smoke. Unpleasant experience
