This was my first time coming to this location and I did not enjoy my experience one bit. There was fruit flies, but huge ones, EVERYWHERE! we were constantly swatting at them the whole dinner and had to move tables twice. finally I ended up standing to eat my burger but even that didn’t keep them away because there was a bunch surrounding the trashcan. needless to say, we went to the car to eat because I couldn’t handle it. was not even greeted by employees and wasn’t talked to when handed the food. Has went down hill since new ownership
Not super pleased. Good flavor only gets you so far, my bun was fighting with the grease to let me taste steak sauce... Just disappointed definitely dropped the ball.
I will most likely not be back to this location due to the lack of cleanliness. Every surface in this store is sticky. There are flies absolutely everywhere. And the bathrooms are horribly disgusting. I’ve mentioned the bathrooms to them once before and clearly nothing has been done. Very disappointing.
