We’ve been here multiple times, and I’ll start by saying the food is consistently great—no complaints there at all. That’s honestly the reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is a completely different story. Every time we visit, the staff is loudly talking about other people, and it’s very easy for customers to hear. They’re rude to doordash drivers here and i’m not having it.
I placed an online order for 4 piece Chicken Tenders to be delivered. Instead of chicken tenders, I received tater tots. I called the store and they stated they can not do a refund. I over paid and they said they could put my name on a board and if I ever come in they can give me the correct item. That is not customer service. It is ridiculous. They had no one else for me to speak to so I am giving this store a poor review for unsatisfactory customer service! I will not be ordering from them again.
