This location has the worst service. We have ordered from this location twice with mobile ordering and they do not pay attention to the orders enough. One time out order was overlooked and we had to wait over 30 minutes for a burger and fties. This time my daughter went in to grab the order since our pick up time had passed and after waiting 10 minutes I went in to find that our order was placed with the Grub Hub order and it had been ready for 15 minutes. I stopped by Wayback Burgers recently, and let me just say—this place absolutely delivers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Katherine, who was beyond friendly and helpful. She took the time to go over the menu, made some great recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. The staff are amazing , their food is delicious and they are always very polite. The cashier lady name nashly is always doing a great job providing great customer service. They deserve the 5 stars. The restaurant manager is always polite and making sure customers are happy with their meal manager
I didn’t have to wait long for the food but my niece’s burger the bacon wasn’t fully cooked, the chicken tenders taste burned and I ordered a loaded burger wrap and it was so small; it was the size of my palm.
