My very first time trying this place the food was excellent! I started ordering it more and I feel like now the food is just being rushed. I called to speak to a manager two different occasions and they don’t handle that well. The lady that answered the phone gave me the manager’s number and they don’t answer. I ordered the 9 patty burger and it was a mess. The burgers were full of grease and the cheese melted off. So imagine how cheese and oil looks with 9 patties and two soagy buns sitting in it. Food is good. But they don’t clean their ice machine or try to do anything about the drain flies. That means they aren’t cleaning their sinks properly and they are coming up from the drains. We threw it all away. Not one bit was edible, not just “not good” but actually revolting. There is absol... read more
