I brought my sons here for the first time, but we had a very poor experience with our server. Upon arrival, he did not greet us and simply stared at us. When delivering our meals, he set the dishes down unspecifically rather than serving each individual. Combined with average food quality, the lack of hospitality was notable. Customer-facing staff should demonstrate basic enthusiasm and service standards.
Don't go to this location, especially during second shift, I ordered a Philly Cheese with a few extra things on it that I also paid extra for and none of it was on my sandwich. When checking my food my hand got extremely greasy from the sloppy way that they wrapped it up and to top it off it was thrown right on top of my cajun tots and the seasoning was all over the outside of the sandwich wrapper.
