As is the norm in Reno, the nicer you are to them, the more rude/disrespectful they are to you. Be mean to them and they might show you respect.
Definitely not worth the money.
Ordered tenders, fries, drink, and a shake, got the shake but they lost our order and we waited well over 30 minutes for our food only for them to not care that they lost it. I asked for a refund and the lady at the front gave us attitude, she still charged us for the shake and kept the tip. Unprofessional and frustrating, I actually enjoyed this place but no anymore.🙃
My son got food poisoning after eating a burger there on Friday night. He was with his older sister, ordered a burger, plain no cheese and they delivered a cheeseburger.
