Absolutely ridiculous. While the food was good. We ordered food at 4:40. Website said 17 minutes. I arrived at 5pm for a 5:01 pick up was told it wasn’t ready yet. We asked and were told ours was next at like 5:35. Our order was finally done at 5:46 or so we thought. The order handed wasn’t ours. They found our son bag on the back counter. Needless to say our food wasn’t hot.
Terrible customer service. “Debbie Miller” is rude and ignorant,she has no respect for the customers or her fellow employees
