Stood first online to order for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. When the order taker finally took our order they were not only unapologetic but extremely rude. The food was barely ok. Will not be back due to unfriendly staff.

I went in there on Wednesday and the son and mother working was very disrespectful, the boy was trying to make a point that he was always right and I was wrong, they made my order wrong and got annoyed when I asked for them to change it. They were very slow, unorganized, and unprofessional. I’ve came in here on other days and there were different people who were working and they were more respectful and on task. Will come again but will be checking to see who’s working first.
I just arrive it’s 11:15am, online says open from11-8pm. I called from my car and the person who answered said they are behind and will open at 11:30am. I drove 42 mins to get my lunch since there’s no way back burgers close to me. Very disappointed!! I see three other people try to go in doors are locked. I’m going somewhere else. I had a taste for your burgers, but it’s ok never will come bake. I will get my way back burgers in NYC!!!
Went in with high expectations and left with nothing. We are traveling and saw this burger joint that looked good stopped in and ordered. The first thing we notice is the floors are so slippery and greasy that we were sliding around. We made our order and the woman at the register had no idea what she was doing and said the person that would show her wasn’t there. They had no change to give me.
