Self order machine was out of order. Lost our order. Guy ahead of me paid twice. Food smelled good but we walked out and ate at Wendy's
Way under staffed. Took 40 minutes to get order. Staff arguing while making food.
The food is good. The employees were working their butts off, but the service is slow as the food is custom made. It was hot as hell in the restaurant.
The tator tots were good as well as the chicken nuggets, but I can't say the same for the atmosphere. The place was dirty, food and spills on tables and floors. I had to clean off a table just to eat in with my 6 year old. The staff was loud and hanging out inside and just outside the place. I won't be back!
Every time I go in there, my order comes out wrong and it's been 3 times now. Don't bother going in there.
