One time they charged me way to much money. I didn’t notice until I got home. I said forget it and have not been back for about a year.
Food was great. Place was clean. Employees were responsible and respectful. Employees were ready to assist any customer.
The help was very very nice and very helpful. The food was exceptional. This is were I will always go for a cheeseburger. Thank you for bringing this great place to the north side as well.
Always a tasteful meal for your pallet. The burgers are phenomenal with several different options to customize your burger. They do have other items on the menu for a vegetarians, turkey burger enthusiast, and chicken lovers! They also have an assortment of delightful milkshakes to choose from. Your average price for a burger with fries and a drink is about 9-13.00. Btw the small fry is a heaping amount!! The staff is very friendly typically and the condiments full.

Worst Customer Service EVER! I went online to order and did not want to enter my credit card info online. So, I kept my order up on the computer and called my order into the business. The cost was different than what was on the computer. I asked the representative why was it different and he told me to hold on (I thought he was going to find out the answer to my question). Just the other day, I was in a hurry to get in and out for dinner and wanted something to fill my appetite. I stopped into Jake's where the service was amazing, and the food was even better! The staff was all smiles and wanted to help me understand a menu unfamiliar to me. I order a personalized burger, fries, and chocolate milkshake all for a reasonable price and deliciously good as well! Such a great experience here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good priced burger joint.
Food was alright, resturant wasn't busy but it took a while to get our food. Shakes were pretty good, Fries were soggy, and tasted like cardboard; same with the BBQ chips, but covered in gross BBQ flavored powder.
This is a great example of a solid burger joint but with lots of other good choices...from salads to grilled sandwiches..awesome orings and super yummy shakes..esp the mint Oreo..the service is fantastic..they are friendlyand helpful..waited to long to try..now a regular as t least 2-3 times weekly..
