I brought my van in due to an issue with my faulted emergency break. They had my van repaired very quickly, and Eric Garcia was great to work with, super professional and helpful. I would definitely bring my van back here for service.
the service department here is awful. long wait times, over charged, communication issues, and failed to fix my problem without wanting to charge me an additional $5k after already telling me the $1500 i just spent would fix it. i took my vehicle to an independent shop instead, and am so glad i did. i will not be doing business here again.
Very disappointed that a Certified Ford Dealership cannot help to provide the spare tire socket or even provide the number needed. A very loyal customer is hust given a website.
