No respect or consideration for your time. I wasted a full day by bringing in my work vehicle to this dealership. I was told about 4 hours to completion. When I call to check the status (7 hours later) I’m told to call next day, because the manger was gone for the day and they don’t know the status of the vehicle. After I asked to pick up my vehicle, it turned out the manager was still working, but haven’t done anything yet. No apologies or explanation to the delay. Just to comeback next day.
They service the oil on my truck twice. No issues to report. Thank you
Came in for an oil change which I thought included topping off any low fluids. I both arrived and left with a low windshield wiper fluid warning on the dash.
I came in to have some cam phasers done on my F150. Brandon in service scheduled me an appointment, found me a loaner vehicle and always kept me updated with the status of my truck. Absolutely recommend Way Scarff service department, make sure you work with Brandon!
I loved that they met me at work and picked up and dropped off my vehicle. My ding is that when I asked them to take the paperwork from the other dealership to prove they had deemed my brakes needing to be serviced they did not take them. Then it was deemed that my brakes were not needed to be serviced and I was charged for it.
