When I got my car back from the valet service, there was no car wash voucher, no sticker showing mileage for my next oil change and they never reset my car oil change reminder. I called and they wanted me to come all the back to the dealership. I dont get off until 5 and you close service at 4. Makes me wonder what else was missed. This was never an issue when I have had service done on my car previously at this dealership.
took my car in here and had a way better experience than I expected. The staff was friendly, explained things clearly and did not make me feel like I needed a glossary just to understand the invoice. Everything felt organized and low stress, which is not always the energy at service centers. Worth using if you want basic clarity with your car maintenance.
