Went in for a warranty notice (NOx sensor calibration) that I got in the mail; while there they wrote it up for another (DEF heater), ordered the part, and installed. *** Beware: not all T-350’s can be serviced in the passenger vehicle shop. My vehicle is an RV on a Transit-350 chassis. I scheduled the service through the service call center. Everyone was friendly and professional to work with from the manager to everyone else. They identified the problems with our RV and repaired it within a week so we could get back on the road. We are very pleased with the service and will use them again when needed.
