Everything is great, but when I come just for an oil change, when I leave the car and ask someone to pick me up in 30 minutes, they call and say that everything is ready. Went in for a warranty notice (NOx sensor calibration) that I got in the mail; while there they wrote it up for another (DEF heater), ordered the part, and installed. *** Beware: not all T-350’s can be serviced in the passenger vehicle shop. My vehicle is an RV on a Transit-350 chassis. I scheduled the service through the service call center.
