2/8/26 -1:30-2:45pm. Wanted to replace my nose ring until I had an encounter with the the childish, unprofessional, rude, condescending girl at the counter. She will be the sole cause of this business loosing customers.( not that there was a line or anyone waiting to be serviced to begin with) I will advise everyone to go elsewhere and spend their money.

What a great experience! I got both nostrils pierced by Ari who was amazing! She worked so hard to make sure that my piercings were symmetrical and I’m so thankful for that because they look absolutely gorgeous. Everyone there was super helpful and helped me pick out which jewelry would be most flattering, talking me through what to expect and aftercare and also they offer one free jewelry change for after you’re healed up but tbh they have such beautiful options I don’t see myself changing the jewelry anytime soon. Got my second lobe piercings done here a few days ago, the piercer was very knowledgeable even telling me for things to look out for in the future like a piece of cartilage in my ear lower then normal as I said I wanted to get my thirds pierced! Quick and nearly painless piercing done with a needle and not a gun which is amazing! Great pricing as well.

This past weekend I walked in and got my nose pierced. The staff was very nice. I was nervous as I did not know what to expect . The piercer was so nice. I believe her name was Stet. And the piercing was not nearly as painful as I thought it would be, partly because she was very nice and patient. I’d definitely return to Way Out - Willow Grove location. I’m adding photos. Keep in mind this is a two day piercing, so it’s still fresh and healing.
