My son got his ears pierced today and Arianna was amazing between a warm welcoming and also walking him through every step as he was definitely a little nervous. Amazing experience and couldn’t more happier with the outcome!

Kiersten is the best! I got my vertical labret pierced by her today and my eyebrow pierced by her a year ago, and both times she has been amazing! she walks you through the entire process and is very thorough. Love it here!
The two females that was working today was really rude and unprofessional towards my piercing needs, i never had this problem wIth Kierstan! They was very dismissive of a problem i had with my jewelry!! I will make sure to call first before going for now on
