Excellent on all counts, removed a lump had a biopsy done and found cancer, got me in for a PET scan which showed additional similar cancers and all is well. She did not mess around and I received immediate care.

In 2002 I had the misfortune to end up at Hoag Hospital Emergency Room, due to a pain on my lower right side. I was discharged with some pain medication. However I ended up returning in a few days with the same pain. The facility ran a series of test on me which on a CT scan performed it showed I had a cyst that was causing the pain. However despite the results Nancy Way went ahead and removed my appendix when that was not my issue. Obviously her interest was in collecting money for her performing an unneeded surgery.. I had been a patient of Dr. Way for over a year dealing with a chronic wound and perirectal abscess. In the beginning, I felt that she was knowledgeable, detailed, and genuine. During this year of her overseeing my health issues, my wound persisted to heal up and then form a new abscess. Dr. Way didn't look into reasons of why it kept coming back, she just reassured me that "Sometimes these things just keep coming back until enough scar tissue forms in the area and it stops."
