Been to this place many times. Rented a cable hoist. Used it to pull up material 35 ft high. Upon returning been informed that cable is damaged at 80ft which I think was impossible for us to do. I WAS CHARGED $500 TO REPLACE CABLE. According to the owner all equipment is being checked before each rental, which is also not true cause safety shut off wasn't working, but apparently that slipped through "checking" process. Not going back!
Great place to rent tools and great customer service
Rented a dump trailer. My first time renting equipment from them. Everything went smoothly and the trailer worked great.
Extremely Disappointed After Years of Business I’ve been coming here for equipment rentals regularly and have always had decent experiences—until now. Unfortunately, this recent situation has made it clear I can no longer continue doing business here. I rented a roof crane and a hoist to lift an AC condenser onto a roof. The equipment worked fine, and we only raised the unit about 10 feet. When returning the hoist, I was told the cable was damaged—at the 25 to 30-foot mark, well beyond what we ever used.
