Great place to rent tools and great customer service
Rented a dump trailer. My first time renting equipment from them. Everything went smoothly and the trailer worked great.
Extremely Disappointed After Years of Business I’ve been coming here for equipment rentals regularly and have always had decent experiences—until now. Unfortunately, this recent situation has made it clear I can no longer continue doing business here. I rented a roof crane and a hoist to lift an AC condenser onto a roof. The equipment worked fine, and we only raised the unit about 10 feet. When returning the hoist, I was told the cable was damaged—at the 25 to 30-foot mark, well beyond what we ever used. Sad. Frequented this establishment for many years. Took a break for a while when they didn't back up poor performance of a rental machine. Since they were close to our desired pickup point we thought we would give them a try again. Unfortunately, the machine they rented us did not perform. We had to service it to use it. It seems as if this 3rd generation company passed down their old equipment and not their business ethic. Will not return or recommend them to anyone.
